4th day of keto. The water has shed. I am not craving carbs at all!!! Big bonus, I am EASILY staying on my caloric goal of 1400. Hurray!!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I haven't experienced keto flu. I am drinking a lot of nettle tea which is full of electrolytes. I am some dairy, which I wonder if its prohibiting me from going into full ketosis??

Dairy should be fine in lower quantities. I think losing weight will be the litmus test there. You should log your tea so that you can get an accurate number. It has some carbs? It all sounds great!!!

Yep! Never been in Ketosis myself either but sure love me some LC way of eating! Nice drop!
