Back to lower calorie intake and IF.
Do you know that so called "cleansing smoothie" actually is the "vitamin bomb"?

3 lemons, a bundle of parsley, 5 sticks of celery. Add water to reach 6 cups volume and take 2 cups 3 times per day.

Besides what is shown on the label below, this mix has skyrocket level of Vit K, that is essential for making proteins in our bodies.

One weekly "cleansing day" and you, probably, can forget about taking those huge supplement pills.

Me personally, I do not take supplements, except glucosamine and chondroitin in the morning before my walk.
134.9 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
