Yesterday morning, I was at the top of my desired body fat goal and became concerned about going over. I have noticed that the longer I maintain control whether it be eating or training, the less likely I am to trend out of control. Yesterday I ate at 100% of goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF down .3% even after coconut cake for dessert...
155.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
