Overworked my muscles to soreness yesterday, apparently inflammation makes the body retain water, weight up this morning. Taking it easier with much more rest/sleep today.
158.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
