Resting at home after a busy and physically demanding week at work.
Read, study and worked on a personal project just for me. Felt good relaxing for awhile. 1 hour of meditation...restores the body and soul!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
