Changed Blood pressure meds. feeling dizzy and tired, but, the dose is DOWN!
I am Optimistic I will be off medication entirely by the time my weight normalizes.
157.7 lb Lost so far: 25.3 lb.    Still to go: 27.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
