Stomach very upset today, did not want to eat anything, but had some lunch.
Mint tea all I could take.
The Quesadilla last night with lots of salt and carbs drove my weight up again.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
