"It's just water"

Yesterday was great! 3-hour gym days are now planned for every Wednesday!

I was able to enjoy so much food and it almost wasn't enough lol.

Another little addition to the weight family this morning. Feeling sore, but ready to go back to the gym in a few minutes here!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
