I am going on an Anti Candida Diet. My doctor told me previously to do this including a medication to rid of Candida. This is a 4 week journey. Please pray for the strength, endurance and execution of this plan.

Candida diet consists of a NO carb, yeast, mold.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Zero carbs for one month?! Wow! That sounds challenging. Like no vegetables?! I have no experience with that but asparagus and avocado are pretty darn low carb and super nutritious. Best wishes to YOU!!

It works. My ex hubby had crazy candida growths in his groin. Eliminated all sugar (fruit included and yeast) and pretty much rolled carb free for 2 months until he got it under control
