I had a good maintenance day yesterday. I think I will increase my calorie intake to 1400-1500 because on days when I exercise, I burn about 2000-2200. On rest days I’ll stay at 1200 intake.
123.7 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
