Went out to lunch with a friend and ate a restaurant prepared dish with green peas and croutons in the eggs. I would not prepare eggs that way, but wanted to see the results. I hour post meal blood sugar was 6.2, at 2 hours post meal blood sugar level was 5.7, a good recovery.
