Down to 288 flat, a new low. Extended happy hour last night led to many, many empty calories, but it was all liquid and no food, so probably not as much of an issue. Still, the calories will count and I'll reduce accordingly to stay within my 1685 per day average for the month.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
