it's not much of a drop, considering how physically busy ive been, but with the chaos of moving this week i also havent been paying much attention to my calorie intake, until the past day or two.. so i guess i cant complain. yay, me!
231.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 91.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
