Down 4.2 lbs in one day when I just follow my plan and don't go over. I've been down this road before and I'm usually good until day 3 or 4 so let's see how long I can keep this up this time. I'm hopeful and excited to see the scale tomorrow morning and it's a great place to be in.
320.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 115.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
