Finally out of the hospital, now I can start getting well.

244.7 lb Lost so far: 47.3 lb. Still to go: 69.7 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.7 lb a week

Awesome! I can totally feel ya on this one although hopefully all my hospital stays will be good ones in the future!
