Very frustrated! Weight is up even though I stayed on my plan, my calories for yesterday were under 1,000 and I wonder if I need to ensure I eat enough. Carbs were under 30g. I went to a birthday lunch at a restaurant and ate a red pepper, artichoke, blue cheese omelette, and drank only coffee and water.
