Got back Saturday night from our cruise of the Western Caribbean—and when I weighed myself this morning I only gained .2 of a pound!!!!! This was our first cruise, and overall it was great.
205.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
