Actually DOWN another 1/2 lb? Will wonders never cease! Now I just need to NOT GAIN ANYTHING this weekend. Maybe if I actually track food & exercise I can do this! Saturday is always the tough day because we always have lunch with friends, and these friends are less concerned about calories than I am. Hmp! Hopefully a good run this morning will help counteract that.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
