I realized I needed to begin weightloss again yesterday and began looking at commercial outfits. Then I gave myself a dope slap. I have lost weight in the past with FS, the obvious place to start. I know what I need to do. I can do it and I will.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 January 2019:
1217 kcal Fat: 50.79g | Prot: 42.43g | Carb: 115.19g.   Breakfast: Cheddar Cheese, Egg, Tea (Brewed), Market Pantry Fat Free Skim Milk, Sugar in the Raw Turbinado Sugar. Lunch: Hummus, Celery, Carr's Whole Wheat Crackers, Keebler Vienna Fingers. Dinner: Mushrooms, Sweet Red Peppers, Chicken Thigh, Pita Bread, Bourbon. Snacks/Other: Nestle Chocolate Chips. more...
