Down 1/2 lb, that's nice. Hopefully will make it to the treadmill tonight, but I've got to work late. I'm taking a college course on care & prevention of athletic injuries, and the first class was this morning. Naturally I not only went to the wrong room, but the wrong building! Oh well, I've already gotten a little exercise from running across campus, LOL! Yeah, I WISH I looked like that!
153.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
