not a great food day but i did get out and walk the dog until i was sweaty. i think i need to take a trip to the grocery store tomorrow.. i could use some vegetables in the house, to broaden my meal options. on the other hand.. even though i ate double portions of chips and dip AND pepsi today, this is the longest a bag of chips and the fixings has lasted me...ever :D lol.. so that's something.
242.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 102.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
