Woke up to pee 3 times today, lol!

During my weekend, I don't drink enough and I don't use my recumbent bike nearly as much. Also Sunday nights are a weak point on the calorie front. Explains the gain and then loss from Sunday to Tuesday or Wednesday.

7 days, yes. Uhh, sure. Light days. 😋 Off Saturday Sunday, but since I'm on midnight's they seem more like Sunday Monday.
