Ok no carnivore yet. Happy New Year. . I still have lettuce and feta cheese in the fridge LOL. but I'm not buying any more cheese. it's too inflammatory for me. so I'll compromise. OMAD. one meal a day in a 3 hour window. I had 4 oz mix of turkey chicken and pork meat, on a nice salad. New Year's goal... is to keep getting better one day at a time and lose 5 pounds a month! ya, I said it! that means no keto pancakes haha. keto on my friends. Stay under 20 g carbs and give your pancreas and body a rest! even some athletes that carb swing turn into diabetics if you abuse that pancreas.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 60.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

Wow OMAD (One Meal A Day) with only a 3 hour window! You-are-so-hard-core! - - I did not lose any weight yesterday so we are still "Weight Buddies" :) No loss planned tomorrow as today is my 'last hurrah'. Diet re-starts on January 2nd! Lets Go! #KetoOn!

Adefwebserver haha hardcore! Naa, it really isn't a great goal. Since I'm already sort of doing it! Lets go! weight buddy! By dropping my dairy I bet I start losing again. December was my dairy experiment. I feel poofy from December. I didn't cheat on keto though. I didn't have any functions to go to,vi just worked every day. I'll call the good doc in a week and see if I can up my thyroid dose. My stall is probably from lack of sleep and stress. Dairy too. YOU sir are the hard core with the liquid diet! Rock on! By June I might look like Cindy Crawford haha 😝
