Happy Tuesday!

Hello and good afternoon, how is everyone day is? well my day, started off not so good, mom called and I haven't been good since she called with negativity, and on top of that I'm trying to get myself back on track, I'm really struggling this holiday season, regular way of eating doesn't work for me, the low carbs way of eating works for me, I'm trying to get back. to that way of eating, but needing to add (25 gram) fiber on a daily basis, and if I do that, my carbs intake level will be to high, I need encoragement and a lot of prayers, I hope you guy's are having a good day, and doing good on your way if eating.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 196.7 lb.    Still to go: 259.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What kind of fiber can you eat? Can you use any supplements. They are available. Some vegetables like celery and greens have few carbs and some fiber. This is the list from Atkins induction of veggies you can eat that are still low carb: alfalfa sprouts arugula bok choy celery chicory chives cucumber daikon endive escarole fennel jicama lettuce mache mushrooms parsley peppers radicchio radishes romaine lettuce sorrel artichoke artichoke hearts asparagus bamboo shoots bean sprouts beet greens broccoli broccoli rabe Brussels sprouts cabbage cauliflower celery root chard collard greens dandelion greens eggplant hearts of palm kale kolrabi leeks okra onion pumpkin rhubarb sauerkraut scallions snow peas spaghetti squash spinach string or wax beans summer squash tomato zucchini jicama

That is half the job. The other half is to stay away from those high carby items/ You can do it.
