Back to the healthy living. Just returned from 7 days in Europe and before that was Thanksgiving and before that a Caribbean vacation...excuse time is over. All in all I am impressed that I didn’t gain more weight. Luckily we did a lot of walking in Paris and Rome. 😃
147.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
