woohoo 🙌 I am going to log my food by photo since the doc ordered me not to count. Hahaha, let's see how long that lasts. here is my typical meal lately, KETO, almost no carbs. I made a huge batch of beef in a crock pot with red wine. tastes awesome. cream cheese and liverwurst with celery. I'm not sure I'll finish that. sooo. I wonder if I'll sustain this loss or if it's fluke. time will tell. keto on friends.

177.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week

Oh and the breath meter is a cheap way to measure ketones lol. It works! It says I can't drive, I'm drunk in ketones. It was about $4 on eBay. Way cheaper the the "keto" marketed version. And it's really just for fun.

lpbeachbaby counting didn't work, so I just stick to no carb and go with the flow.
