If this keeps up then I’ll lose about 4# this month. However the last 10 days to two weeks of every month usually has me staying the same or even gaining.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks and yes it is! Chris helped me with things like that so now I don’t worry so much. It irritates me and I still worry occasionally but it’s not an obsessive thing anymore 😉. I also know my end of week weigh ins on a Monday tend to surprise me. So I’m betting on a gain tomorrow.
