Hmm... either I need to reevaluate my workouts or no more Friday night's at Outback.
212.8 lb Lost so far: 159.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah... My daughter mentioned Outback, and I told her I would love it, but the amount of carbs in one serving of The Bloomin' Onion would kill me. (For me, carbs = pain, therefore, no carbs.)

Ok so this is where I’m at with this type of stuff. I’m not gonna stop living. I’m not gonna stop socializing. What I’m gonna do is stop being a greedy fatty. I’m gonna have blooming onion just not the entire damn thing. Portion control. Discipline. Dedication. My will to slim down and get in shape is stronger than a fucking blooming onion. But here is the thing. I’m not eliminating anything from my daily diet so that when something “scandalous” comes my way I can have a piece and be sensible about it. Personally if I deprive, eliminate and forbid anything I’m going to gorge at some point. Baby steps. Will power is a mother fucker. It’s our choice how much of what we eat and drink. Trust me I wanted the rest of my ice cream last night and I certainly wanted more tequila. But I also want to wear my skinny leggings n rock them 😊 This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done.... willpower, dedication, discipline... You got this!!!

you may also just be retaining water. I gained 2 pounds this week did I have a few more calories?? yes but no where near enough to gain a pound let alone 2. I lost the 2 pounds over the past 3 days and did I reduce my calories?? slightly back down to maintenance and the weight is back to normal. I still don't know what happened maybe I did not drink enough water or maybe it is my exercise causing my muscles to suck up the water. we never know, just look at what you ate, if you didn't go crazy it is nothing that will stick with a little care

There could be many reasons for this but I doubt it was the one meal or workout 😉. I’m sure it’ll be back down in 4-5 days.
