this book is awesome and I think it would be a great help to you, chapters on allergy is very interesting. thyroid and other chapters equally so. all cure is the same thing. he was doing this back in the 60's. https://zerocarbzen.com/2018/07/11/strong-medicine-by-dr-blake-donaldson/ it is linked to the zerocarb page of carnivore in the book section. strong medicine if the link does not work right. I have been reading it for the last day or so inbetween my work. 1/2 hour walk before eating to get the bile flowing, meat and fat1/2 pound, half cup of coffee each meal no dairy no sweetener. some other foods added to some if weight loss and health improves. absolutely no chocolate, dairy of any kind, eggs, wheat products or alcohol. citrus too is a no no. it is worth checking out.

Bahh I was so hungry yesterday. I had wayy to much almond butter. Good thing it's all gone and I only bought a small container. Back you carnivore tomorrow. I won't give up everything anymore. I did that for a month and still felt more crap. To keep doing anything you must see results. The only good thing I see with little to zero carbs is that I don't have crazy cravings unless I eat too little like I did for a few days.

well you never did go completely without dairy as butter is a staple for you it seems. but yes I totally understand your frustration. this doctor was before his time and it seems his formula worked well for all his patients. I am pretty much on the same diet and it works well for me. just meat fat and meat. I cheated quite a bit with coffee with cream on and off and I have to stop that if I want to heal properly. for me it is painful to have those things. also gets my sinus's going from the cream. I will not be able to have the coffee, but the rest is already there.

Yes ghee I used, probably logged as butter. When you go a full month I look forward to hear your progress
