Got sick with a flu. Swollen feet and all that...Yuk...Hopefully will not last long.
Had to skip my workout yesterday. Today, decided to go to the trail to see if I can make it. Surprisingly I walked all 3 miles without any problems - considering how I felt last night, it was a bit weird. Came home and still feel fine.
143.1 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Careful. Your immunity is probably low. Hit up some extra vit c and some b12 before exercising until you feel 100%
