Saw a lil less than 141 yesterday but held off on posting it. Been outdoors doing roofing and carpentry burning calories up the yin yang so we’ll see if this holds. Agreed with the my daughters to meet at a seafood place for Labor Day celebration on Saturday evening and ate 2 real spicy crab leg clusters and buffalo wings and about 5 corn nuggets so I did good for the holiday feast. Saved half the hot wings for lunch the next day.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
