Same as last couple days, fine with it for today

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 September 2018:
2009 kcal Fat: 70.71g | Prot: 67.32g | Carb: 340.08g.   Breakfast: Milk (Nonfat) . Lunch: Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless) , Cantaloupe Melons . Dinner: Oil Popped White Popcorn , Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Green Olives, Kellogg's Pop-Tarts - Strawberry, Harvest Sensations Organic Kale Salad. Snacks/Other: Little Debbie Creme-Filled Chocolate Cupcakes, Halo Top Creamery Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream , Halo Top Creamery Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream, Apples , Snickers Snickers Bar (Fun Size), M&M's Peanut M&M's, Fritos Original Corn Chips. more...

I am having same situation . I am from Russia, my family in Russia. Few weeks ago my 19 years old son was kicked out of school ( he has IEP ) and by the law he can stay at school to 21 year old. Stress really prevent lost weight. I found good wine and I can have a few glasses and weight still go down, also I found black chocolate70 cal and only 1g sugar.

Thank you for reaching out. I think wine and chocolate sounds great. I just had light ice cream, called Halo Top.

Staying the same means no gain. Still a win ;). That’s how I look at t anyway. Worry about keeping yourself healthy, mentally and physically, right now. You can focus on weight loss again when things calm down for you.
