Hmm maybe it's the bacon 😜
184.5 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 69.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

do you feel any different when you eat?? I know you are paying attention. I had an odd reaction this morning too, still trying to figure it out.

Baskington, ya, i was just thinking about that and this last week I had cheese and I gave into Diet Coke. I don't feel that great, I don't feel like walking the dogs when I wake up in the morning on a key and my head's just not as clear so at least I have narrowed it down to a couple food items right now, I'm going to give up cheese and the diet Coke this week even though it was on sale 2 for a dollar at Publix, i don't feel great this week so back to strict carnivore and start all over

There's a typo, when i wake up in the morning, I'm achy, and don't feel like moving anymore
