Woke up feeling lighter so decided to go ahead and weigh in early...2 pounds gone, woot woot! Of course this is the same two pounds that comes and goes over the last two weeks so we will see if this is the end of the up down up down phase. Taking my famous deviled eggs with bacon and riced cauliflower dirty rice to the inlaws for a holiday bbq today so we will have Keto sides with the steaks they are grilling. Thank god my mother in law knows better than to make her Mac & Cheese, neither hubby or myself would be able to resist that! Came down with a bug yesterday and feeling kinda cruddy so am hoping to be feeling well enough for the scheduled gym visit tomorrow. Have a great holiday weekend!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great drop! I hope you get to feeling better soon. I'm trying a new recipe - a keto-friendly riced cauliflower and mushroom risotto as a side with pork country ribs and saurkraut. I would love to get your recipe for cauliflower dirty rice to try next week. Have a great holiday!
