After 2 weekends of partying here we are again....Labor Day weekend. Family, the grands and the dinner table! Lol so I got bored this morning but I eat an egg almost every day at breakfast, fried, scrambled, boiled, pickled or deviled and was “bored” today. So. I went stir fried Chinese with 2 thin sliced baby cut carrots (2), 3 thawed broccoli florets. A lil onion and and a lil bell pepper. Oh, and THE EGG, scrambled in with the stir fry. Added powdered garlic, ginger and a littl soy sauce. Good change up. Now to calculate the calories n carbs...
144.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
