Been really thinking about realistic goals in mind I know my ideal weight is 135-145 there is a 10lb wiggle room in high school and even after the birth of all 3 kids it has taken me a little while to get there I’m setting my goals to 10lb at a time!! When I look at my original plan of 145lbs it just seemed so unattainable and I can’t have that!! My goal still the same just taking it 10lbs at a time! At the end of my third pregnancy I hit 225lbs all the hormones treatments to get pregnant plus the gestational Diabetes did havoc on my body not to mention the insatiable cravings for spicy Mexican food! Funny that my last child looks just like his daddy blond hair blue eyed baby boy !! My boys are my blessing just hard to get my body back afterwards! Now in my late 30s to boot!
170.9 lb Lost so far: 54.1 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
