Saw the new Mission Impossible movie on Saturday, went swimming yesterday morning, and over to feed my sister's cats last night. Keeping up the weekend activities, but little energy left afterwards. Got my infusion this morning, and tomorrow's AME, so HAPPY MONDAY everyone.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can’t remember when you finished your treatments. For me it took 6 months to a year before I felt halfway normal and not tired constantly. Of course I didn’t exercise in that year other than just playing with the kids. My onc gave me Vit D as mine was super low. I think it helped a ton about the 10-12 month mark. 16 months now and I feel like me again. Now I can walk 3 miles before I’m ready to drop (up and down hills at the fastest pace my short legs can go lol). I can make it through 90 minutes at the gym with weights, cardio and stretching and sometimes a class. At your next appointment maybe ask them about the vitamin d and if there’s something they can give you or you can do for more energy? Remember though that your body is healing. My surgeon reminds me of that constantly lol. It takes awhile to come back from cancer treatments.
