620am. 17.5% Drank alot of water yesterday and last night so weight is up and the body fat percent is down. 2.5 hours of bike seat time yesterday in HR zone 2 while commuting to and from work. Approximately 1100 calories burnt.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
