Saturday night I went to sleep at 10:00 pm and at 1:00 am I woke up, I was trying to go back to sleep but I could not so I decided to get up and clean my house at 2:40 am, It was a big mistake, at 4:00 am I was already having breakfast, three flour tortillas, refried beans, plain yogurt, cheese, avocado, milk in my coffee and a cupcake, two tortillas was enough but I forced my stomach to eat one more plus the cupcake, it was a lot of calories but I thought I would eat again at dinner, but it was not like that, two hours later I was eating 400 calories of cake, another cupcake, almonds, a big lunch, another cupcake, 5 bananas in about two minutes haha (different kind of bananas that I found in PUBLIX) I took an hour siesta, more almonds, a big dinner, almonds, ice cream, the last banana, almonds, I (I ate the calories of my next 5 days maybe)🙊. Am I proud of what I did? Of course not, but I do not feel guilty either, I do regret my lack of sleep, I look like a zombie when I do not sleep and that's how I feel too, I slept well last night so today I'll have lunch and dinner but this time I will eat like a normal person. I did not have energy yesterday and I was grumpy , at least my house was clean 😂😂
109.8 lb Lost so far: 37.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I get that popping awake in the middle of the night too feel like I am bouncing off the wall with energy until it wears off. more than likely you needed good feeding, your reserves might have been low. today is a whole new day and life goes on.

I had never eaten like this before, way too many calories, (not during my new life style) that was insane🐷🐖, my house doesn't last clean for too long, I have a little one 🧒🏽 🙄, but it helped me because I get stressed with my house messy

all people have a bad day of eating, thin and obese. Cheer yourself with the fact that you needed to remind yourself that sleep is a Necessity and you are a human.

it's funny cause I noticed that when I eat larger meals, I tend to carry out that trend all day, and not by wanting too.. At least now you are back on track today.

thank you, 😊 I used to have "cheat days" before but after taking some advices I started eating everything I want without going over my calories and my diet has been successful like that, yesterday was something else. 🙄

Lol I use to eat like that all the time!! You have control though! That is awesome! I would have continued with that trend for days at least. Keto is the only thing that quells those desires for me. Except for pms time. Still feel it but can manage to stay under 1400cals. Could you be menstrual?

What ! Geeesh, that was a lot of food girl, this is not typical of you as I read your posts often. There may have been something missing in your meal plans or prior meals which led to lack of energy, and ravenous appetite. As an example, the past 2 days, I felt similar, I felt like I needed meat ----I added a bit more steak, fish, chicken to my meal preps and it worked...... Not saying persons need to eat like me, but think perhaps you should re-evaluate your meal ideas.... Hate to see ya going through this, I'm concerned.... Don't beat yourself up, your body is telling you something, you just need to figure out what it is... I wish you better days ! I rooting for ya.... ;D

CrashtestDawnie Not necessarily, I'm using the hormonal IUD Mirena, that kills me, I started to gain weight quickly with that contraceptive but I'll always be better than with more children, I'm learning to have control over myself, it's hard sometimes

Wright2018 my mistake probably was getting off the bed and clean my house at midnight Haha, normally when I wake up at midnight I stay in the bed and I go back to sleep . Today my day is good, I am still fasting, but I am going to eat lunch
