Really want to see 150 tomorrow morning. My wife wants to start her Baptist Hospital Diet today, a day early due to the holiday on Wednesday. I agreed to do the evening meals with her as it fits into my plan also. Tonite is pan fried steak and roasted in the oven asparagus nite. I love it! Normally it’s green beans but..... After the seasoned and salted steaks come out of the skillet the roasted asparagus is dropped into the skillet to get coated with the steak juice. Yumma yumma! We r in rainy season here so grilling is not happening
151.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
