I ate McDonalds last night :(. So I punished myself with a hardcore workout. It was so challenging I literaly almost passed out when I finished. Oops. lol
218.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
