I'm not expecting to lose any weight until I see the doctor. I could drop my calories to match metabolism but then I'd feel worse and then fail. Goid thing, I'm still on keto and haven't cheated over a month. Going into month 2! I've only had a few bad days where I ate too much, and I'm always hungry.

so far, labs show low thyroid, low temp, I'm running 96.5. ❄ and no progesterone and a few other wacky results in the labs. I won't have the cortisol test back for a week.

publix has chicken thigh/legs on sale for 99c a pound! I hope I don't get too sick of chicken! Keto on!
188.5 lb Lost so far: 41.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
