Was gonna have pan fried tilapia tonite with a garliky white wine butter sauce but got home late and didn’t wanna cook sooooo did a turkey cheese burger and garden vegetables seasoned with a spice I had down in Mexico that was on veggies and cantaloupe, Tajin Clasico seasoning. I usually do 6 -3 oz burgers at a time for use during the week. I’m glad I did cause Sonny’s BarBQue was looking mighty tempting. Can I stay on my food plan there? YES!!! Do I? Nope!!! The path to being overweight is paved with good intentions....
151.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
