I walked the dog and then ate my dinner for breakfast 😳 I was just so weak and hungry. I'll fast till dinner.

I got my A1c back, 5.3 after a month of Keto. I don't know what it was before. I'm waiting on thyroid panel and hormone results. I thought I had that taken yesterday, but durr , I was so spacy I forgot to order the main test, so I went to the lab this morning and had them draw the panel. Progesterone was zero lol. doc said it was critical for sleep. 💤 have a great day.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 41.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Now you should eat Breakfast for dinner. :) Hopefully you will get all your lab results by Friday. That will probably help you sleep better as well.
