Woulda lost weight however had my grandsons last night and we went to Tijuana Flats and had the Baja Fish tacos. That would have been pretty safe. Both tortillas were 44 cal each. HOWSOMEVA!!!!! I ordered the queso cheese dip. It wasn’t the dip so much it was all the nachos I dipped into it!! Lol I went to their website later on and after many tries did download the nutritional value for that meal. 1100 calories plus and I say plus the extra chips and dip...... upside was my blood sugar was only 115 this morning and I did not increase my med dosage to compensate for all those carbs. Happy happy happy
153.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
