Watermelon Festival tomorrow in Green Cove Springs aNd gonna take my grandsons. Fun and FOOD. They offering grilled watermelon so I’m in! I’m tired of lettuce salads so been spearmintin using a mix of white wine, white vinegar, dill seasoning, a lil canola oil, garlic salt and pepper drizzled over sliced cukes, matoes, onion and bell pepper. Oh and some Splenda to sweeten it. Tastes good!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
