Weight has plateaued, but still relatively pain free. Moving out of repair phase into the reap the rewards phase. I am using the “yes” food list and beginning to experiment. We had plaintain pancakes which were good. I also made orange cranberry muffins with coconut flour that were outstanding and a chicken piccata with the coconut flour that was very good. I think I can live with this food plan.
