Ok, this is not a problem! It was my birthday weekend and I said I was going to eat whatever I wanted in moderation. A small weight gain was worth having Italian food for the first time in over 3 months. All that matters now is that I get back to my diet and lose what I gained and then some. This I shall overcome! Hahahaha Happy Birthday to me!!!!!!!😁😁😁😁😁😁 🎂🎁🎉🎊🎈

317.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb. Still to go: 67.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I bet this is only a fluctuation (which happens a lot). I doubt you actually gained 2 pounds in one weekend. So good on you! Happy Birthday and glad you enjoyed treating yourself. :)

Thank you all for the encouraging words and for the wonderful Happy Birthdays!! I am finally getting back on track with my diet and almost back down to where I left off. You know what they say “A moment on the lips, a life time on the hips”. Boy are they right! 😘😘😘😘
