Fried, over medium egg this morning mixed with half a hush puppy. At seafood joints I set the hush puppies aside and at the Cracker Barrel I freeze the corn muffins to do stuff like this. Here in the south folks mix their grits with their eggs. I’m Appalachian so its cornbread mixed with fried eggs.lol
154.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
