Time to face up to what the scale has been telling me all week. I gave in to my impulses and had pastry - and not just once, but twice a day. Also had a veggie burger and chips on Monday so although I stayed around my calorie limit for most of the days the results are evident. I did manage 2 hours of exercise so I've done 5 in total for this month so far. Hopefully I'll fit another hour in before Sunday and at least the sun's come out, which always helps. What does not help is a family lunch on Sunday, but I've decided this time I'm not bringing 'barakat' home so will try to increase the healthy veg next week and do a bit of meal prep. Also trying to stay ahead of work deadlines and not let things get on top of me. So far so good! Have a great weekend everyone!

If you stuck to your calorie limit, I'm sure it's mostly water weight because of increased carbs. You're still doing so well, keep it up!

Thanks Amy! You are doing so well at maintaining - and staying below your original goal weight too! I would love to get to my goal weight, but I'm not gonna beat myself up about it right now. Keep trying to remember that I weighed the same a year ago and remember feeling really slim them - just bothered by the number as usual.

Thank you! I'm still breastfeeding so it's definitely partly due to that as well. Saturday's are full on cheat days, and usually wed or Thurs I have chocolate as well. I can't go without it😂 But I still stress about my weight almost everyday. Feels like I have a weight/food obsession. Always had. You are doing so well with exercising as well. You're healthy! The number on that scale will always plague us😣
